Tips to avoid Holiday Weight Gain

The holidays are here and there is so much cheer! and so much Food. I love celebrating and partaking in all of the celebrations.

There is definitely a lot of treats, fatty food, and plenty of wine.

I wanted to share with you a few tips to meeting your goals and enjoying all of the festivities.

Before I get to that though check out my christmas tree...I decided to decorate a little early because...well why not.

Eat! I notice that I get so busy on the celebration days that once I do get to the party I over indulge. I usually over eat the crackers and cheese before I even get to my meal. Eat before you go. Have a proper healthy breakfast. If its a dinner party don't forget to eat light and fresh. Celebrate and enjoy your dinner but don't forget that nourishing your body is important.

Tip #2 drink plenty of water. First of all staying hydrated will help your skin Glow and God knows that my skin needs lots of hydration in winter. Besides drinking water it will help you avoid over eating and it will help avoid any hangovers.

Tip #3 Take your supplements. Here is my supplement protocol!

Healthy digestion Before breakfast and after Dinner. This will help you keep a nice flat belly because you know that New Years outfit is waiting. The pro and pre biotics will help digest those extra carbs and fats. Win, win.

Double super full drops: Take your drops before each meal. (Yup, even before your celebration meal) Enjoy your meal and feel full faster. Besides that all of the antioxidants will help you keep your immune system strong.

Lastly: Use K2 drops before your workouts. I workout three times per week and those days or days where I have major cravings.

Here is my last tip....Don't stress and enjoy the holidays.
